An easy to use, trac-inspired issue tracking system, yet another python-related project, which was proudly coded in the web2py web framework (Online Book Here).
Sometimes I think to myself: ".. why are you still developing open source projects when you have a stable job (and which by no means would dare to use any open source software) and basically 'no need' for it? ..", the answer is: I don't really know, but I have an idea, Open Source projects promote many positive things in one self, your code, for instance, can potentially be viewed by many eyes, so you have to code elegantly using best practices, etc, also, there is a slight chance that NASA will review my work and ask me to be part of their next generation python-driven mars-rover software engineering team, or even google (which will probably be the sponsor of NASA's next generation python-driven mars-rover software engineering team). One thing is for certain, every time I work with Open Source projects and Python specifically, is like a breath of fresh air, exercise for the mind, if you will, so we'll see you in the next project..
